Community Wellness Grant

The Mental Wellness Campaign for Anoka County (MWCAC) is dedicated to supporting efforts in the Anoka County community that align with our mission to erase the stigma of mental illness. We have developed a grant application process to support innovative project proposals that can expand the impact within our community.

We hope for our grant funds to support areas in which there may be gaps in access to other funding sources. We would like to support trainings, events, or specific mental health related projects that will decrease mental health stigma and increase mental wellness in our community.

This funding cannot be used for fundraising. We are only seeking to fund direct efforts that impact professionals or residents of the Anoka County community.

Please outline your project proposal and what it will entail. If it is a project that will happen over time or in multiple parts/series, include a clear timeline. Please articulate the goal of your project and the proposed impact upon the Anoka County community.

Data Collection:

Please outline your plan for outcome data for your project. Some examples of this could be: satisfaction surveys, assessments utilized, a write-up of the event impact, pictures from an event held, etc. Please keep track of the number of participants/persons reached with your project. We would love to receive pictures of events and direct participant feedback if available.
